Both master bedrooms have a separate exit door onto the patio so you can enjoy an early morning or evening swim without passing through the living room. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

Bedroom 3 is the Minnie/Mickey room and the Pooh/Tigger room is located in Bedroom 4. Both of these rooms have twin bedded accommodation and share the third bathroom.

The Living Room, equipped with cable TV and DVD player, has a full width patio door to the rear, through which you can enjoy the view of the covered patio (lanai), the pool and the tranquil view to the rear.

The Pool is ‘L’ shaped and runs around the corner of the Master Bedroom and can be heated if required. It is set in a surround/decking that runs the total width of the house, providing plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. Four reclining chairs, four foot stools, four patio chairs, a large octagonal table and a small octagonal coffee table ensure comfortable outdoor seating for everyone. The whole of the rear outdoor section of the house and pool is fully screened. A portable BBQ is also provided.*

The rear of our home is not over-looked and has the benefit of a wide garden which has been thoughtfully landscaped to provide a wonderfully tropical outlook which enjoys a certain amount of privacy from the neighbouring pool areas.

The Den has cable TV and a video player. The sofa in this room converts to a double bed for those with larger families. This area also provides a quiet area for reading or relaxing away from the main lounge.

The open plan Kitchen has a splendid breakfast bar with stools and an adjacent light and airy Breakfast/Dining area. The oval table is positioned in front of the lovely bay with soft window seating.

A laptop computer with Wi Fi high speed broadband internet connection is available upon request.

The double garage has been converted into a wonderful new games room to provide many hours of fun with pool, table tennis, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts. A seating area can be used for poker and many other board games.

All of this adds up to a beautiful home from home with the added bonus of a wonderful climate from which you can embark upon each day of your stay in Florida refreshed and ready for action.
