Price Guarantee
As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid the deposit ($150 or £100 per booked week or part week), the cost of rental is guaranteed against further increase. This guarantee is offered subject to our conditions of payment being met, and providing no further amendments are made to your booking.
Rental Period
This begins at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Provisional Bookings
A provisional booking, made by email or by telephone, will be held for one week, pending return of a completed booking form, together with deposit for the period being reserved.
Final Payment
Following return of your booking form and deposit, you will be sent confirmation of your reservation, upon which will be stated the date for the payment of the balance due (this will be six weeks prior to your holiday). We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.
Sub-Letting
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking form and no other person is permitted to stay there.
Alterations to Confirmed Bookings
We will do all we can to help, but cannot guarantee to meet all such requests.
